Stop copying your own website
Turn existing service pages, opening hours, policies and FAQs into a practical first draft instead of rebuilding them field by field.
Website knowledge import
Website Knowledge Builder
Your services, hours and FAQs are already on your website. Bring eligible public pages into your receptionist without copying everything by hand. Review the text and publish the answers you want callers to hear.
Set up your account and verify your email. Calls need prepaid credit, an active supported number and a published agent.
Start with what you already know
Manual copy-and-paste turns a useful setup into a content project. The workflow starts with the public information your team already maintains, then gives people control over what becomes approved phone knowledge.
Turn existing service pages, opening hours, policies and FAQs into a practical first draft instead of rebuilding them field by field.
Generated content remains editable draft knowledge. Your team can verify, exclude or approve each document before publication.
The knowledge currently serving callers stays active until a complete reviewed snapshot is ready to replace it.
From URL to approved answers
The workflow separates discovery, authorization, review and publication so your website cannot quietly rewrite what the receptionist tells callers.
Choose one page, one site section or a capped same-site scan. Voxora checks eligible public HTML, removes duplicates and reports content it cannot use.
Review the accepted-page count, skipped-page reasons, limits and authoritative maximum. No credit is reserved until an administrator confirms.
Confirmed pages become concise, topic-organised documents. Verify the source URLs, edit the wording and exclude anything that should not reach callers.
Select the documents and scope them to all or chosen inbound numbers. The existing knowledge remains active until the complete new snapshot is ready.
Control before cost
The discovery check runs before generation. If you continue, Voxora reserves the displayed maximum. Final settlement reflects completed measurable analysis and publication work, and unused reserved credit is released.
Cancelling after analysis has started may still settle completed, measurable work. The final charge and released reservation remain visible.See coverage, skips and the page cap before authorizing model work.
The console shows the authoritative upper limit before an administrator reserves credit.
Voxora settles supported completed work up to the accepted maximum and releases the remainder.
A bounded reader, not a wandering scraper
Discovery stays on the approved public website, respects crawler rules and operates inside fixed page, size and time limits. Unsupported content is reported instead of being turned into confident-sounding knowledge.
Each run is a one-time frozen snapshot, not automatic synchronisation. When your website changes, start another reviewed import.
Website Knowledge Builder is available to workspace administrators from Knowledge. Book an import walkthrough if you want help planning the first run.

No. The workflow creates drafts first. Your current knowledge remains active until an administrator reviews the selected documents and publishes a complete new version.
Voxora supports eligible public HTML from one page, one same-site section or a visible capped site scan. Sign-in pages, forms, private systems and unsupported JavaScript-only content are skipped rather than guessed from.
Discovery happens before any credit reservation. The console shows an authoritative maximum before confirmation, settles supported completed work up to that maximum and releases unused reserved credit. Work already completed may still be charged if an import is cancelled after analysis starts.
No. Each import uses a frozen source snapshot, and updated website content must go through the same review and publication workflow before it can become caller-facing knowledge.
