Every Voxora call opens with a short disclosure, in the caller's language. It's enforced by the platform — customers cannot ship an undisclosed AI caller.
What callers hear
At the start of every call, before anything else, the agent states that it's a Voxora AI assistant acting for your business — in the language of the call. The exact wording is set by the platform, not editable to remove the disclosure.
Why it's not optional
Undisclosed AI calling is heading toward being illegal in more places every year, and callers already resent being fooled. Making disclosure automatic removes the risk from your side entirely and turns a legal obligation into a trust signal.
And when a human is needed
You set a transfer number and describe which situations should reach a person. The agent says so plainly and hands over the live call — the caller never has to redial.
