These terms govern use of this website and the Voxora platform. They are a working draft and will be finalised with legal review before public launch. Your use of the platform is also governed by the agreement entered into at sign-up.
The service
Voxora provides AI voice agents that answer inbound calls and run outbound campaigns on phone numbers you rent through the platform. Features and limits are described on this site and in the console.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls, including consent, do-not-call and calling-hours rules.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive calling.
- Every call made through Voxora discloses that it is an AI assistant; you may not attempt to disable or circumvent that disclosure.
Billing
The platform is prepaid: you top up credits and usage is metered against your balance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the console. Credits are valid for the period stated at purchase.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and incident information is communicated through the platform.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Voxora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
